It's the refs job to call it fairly. If Javie saw 24 fouls against the Jazz and only 4 against the Spurs, I'd say he did a great job. Deron Williams has been a great scorer. Thats how the Spurs have played him. As a point guard he's done a poor job of getting his team involved.
