She's clearly trying to get to the money before he spends it on lawyers, thus demonizing Tim in any way so she can get the court to help her take as much money as possible from him even though she signed a prenuptial agreement. She married him for 12 years! You think she didn't know about any of the crimes that was going on with her husband? Doubt it.
