They call ticky tacky fouls. They call fouls when they don't exist. Watch any game with Reggie Miller as the commentator, there will be a couple plays when he says "Where's the Foul?" It seems like they are trying to make the series go as long as possible for the tv money. It is getting really hard to watch the NBA.
