Jason Kidd was fined $20,000 for the following statement:

“We come to work, and we work extremely hard at this, only for the officals to screw us.  We fought, but that doesn’t mean anything when you have  the officals take over the game like that.  You go with three blind mice, and it’s just sad that Tom [Washington] screwed up that game for us.”

Jeff McInnis was ejected in the first quarter of the Bobcats game against Philly on January 13.

8 seconds later, Dick Bavetta called an offical timeout and players from both teams went to the bench for several minutes.

The Bobcats were assessed a technical foul and McInnis was ejected. Coach Bickerstaff was irate, but the Bobcats ‘official roster’ failed to list Jeff as an active player.

Good job front office. Great orginizations are great from top to bottom, it’s no wonder the Bobcats are consistent cellar dwellers in their division. If Michael Jordan really wants to help this team, maybe he should start by making sure the rosters are correct before the game.
